Sansome
Short tenant-fitness-room AV build at Sansome in San Francisco, including speaker installation and TV mounting.

Sansome was a short, simple job in San Francisco tied to the build-out of a workout room, or small series of workout rooms, for building tenants. I worked on it with Jeff. The scope was straightforward and did not require a large amount of coordination or troubleshooting, but it is still representative of the kind of clean field execution that keeps smaller tenant-improvement work moving without friction.
Most of the work centered on installing a few TVs and running and landing speakers for the finished space. It was cut-and-dry work, but that was part of the value here. The job did not need to be turned into something more complicated than it was. It needed to be handled cleanly, efficiently, and without creating delays for a relatively simple tenant amenity build-out.
Tenant Workout Room Build-Out
This was the kind of project where the expectation was not a long technical narrative, but dependable execution. Jeff and I installed the speakers, supported the TV scope, and completed the work without much drama. It was a small job, but still part of the broader record of being able to move between complex projects and simpler ones without dropping quality or pace.
